Terms of Service
General
By ordering a commission from me you agree to these Terms of Service.
I reserve the right of rejecting your request for any reason.
You acknowledge the product is digital, no physical version will be mailed.
It's your responsibility to download the file/s as soon as possible for you to keep offline.
Copyright and usage
You are not allowed to use any of my art for NFTs, blockchain and/or crypto, AI work or AI data training or resale.
I, the artist, retain all copyright to the art. I may continue to post and feature the final commission on social media, in portfolios, and other related forms of marketing and advertisement.
You can use my art for personal or commercial purposes. Commercial is charged extra depending on the use: x2 the final price for streaming, promotion on social media, emotes, assets of any kind and x3 the final price for merchandise, prints, mass production.
Commissioners are allowed to re-upload the artwork wherever they wish, preferably a watermarked version and with proper credit given.
Payment
I will only accept Paypal payments in USD. If you reside in Argentina we may work a different payment method out.
I require full payment before I start the artwork. Don't send me any payments before confirmation, I will send you an invoice after all commission details have been discussed.
For orders above 150USD we may work a payment plan out if needed.
Process and times
Commission process example:1. Fill in the form provided in the order now.
2. After any commission details are discussed, I send you a paypal invoice which you need to pay upfront before I start working.
3. I send you WIPs (sketch/lineart/base colors) throughout the process to receive your feedback and make any revisions needed.
4. I provide a link to the full resolution finished artwork.
5. In most cases a watermarked low res version will be uploaded to my social media.
Each commission can take me 1-3 weeks to complete, from the moment I start working on it (not from the moment the order is placed), depending on complexity, health, personal schedule, etc.
Your waiting time will increase if there's other orders placed before yours.
You may request an update on your commission whenever and as often as you want. You can also check your commission progress on my Trello TO-DO list.
Revisions
I'll send you WIPs (work in progress) while I'm working on your commission so that you can request changes if needed.
Major changes can only be done to the sketch. If I'm done with the lineart/base colors we can do only small changes.
After the piece is finished I'll only accept minor changes and they'll be charged an extra fee, unless it's a misunderstanding on my part. Please provide clear references.
Refunds
The commissioner can only request a full refund if I haven't started working on the commission. If I can't work on your commission for any reason I'll refund the full amount as well.
After I've started working on a piece refunds will depend on the progress I've done, be it because you want to cancel your order or I can't keep working on it. I'll also send the incomplete drawing.
Don't request a refund via Paypal, I'll send you the agreed amount as a payment.

Commissioners can check the progress of their commission on my Trello TO-DO list.
Most of the time I'll follow the order (top to bottom) of that list when working on commissions.
